Return Policy & Refunds

It is not possible to exchange or return perishable products. This includes plants.
Plants that are shipped twice in a short period of time are unfortunately no longer saleable. In addition to the extra shipping costs, it only creates unnecessary environmental pollution if I have to compost them.


If something went wrong, or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt.

Sending plants carries a risk of damage. Of course, I try to minimize the possible risk of damage.
In case of severe damage to the plants, it helps to send a photo immediately.
In this case I almost always offer a free reshipment/or addition to a future order.
